Shame you didn't get a better loss tete but you sound positive. Keep plodding.
I always feel virtuous after I've done a freezer inventory. I'm pretty good at keeping it up to date too. It's very mse to 'shop' from the freezer whenever possible.:money:
That's a bad week tie. Poor you. Healthy eating has to be helpful though. :grouphug:
I'm out dancing tonight and it's a shared supper. I think I'll save a lot of syns as I won't be having any weekend wine;). I know what people are bringing and if I avoid quiche then the only syns will be in dressings and I might have some mozzarella (HEA2) as someone's bringing caprese salad. I'm making potato salad with Jersey Royals. The dressing is just 1 syn for 500g of potatoes (tbsp. each of mayo and crème fraiche).
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, pickles, bubble & squeakbuffet salad
Syns: salad dressings tbc0 -

A very disappointing WI today. Felt slimmer, had a great week and maintained! I just needed half a pound to get my 1.5 stone award but failed to even lose that.0

Oooooh I have a Lindt bunny somewhere, but it will keep
. Crustless quiches are cooking, both veggie this time incl special one for DD who is veggie but not keen on many vegetables either :rotfl:. So she has onions, red & yellow peppers, grated butternut squash
and a few tiny tomatoes. My one has all that plus kale plus lots of mushrooms too. And I now have all the ingredients to make bubbs’ coleslaw later this week.
OH has devoured his fruitcake, the office won’t get a look in, and am sure he will not lose any weight this week, oh well. He did really enjoy it and knows I will not buy another one anytime soon. This one was from the after Xmas reductions, very MSE
.

I used one red and one white, mixed up, they look ok 👌. I noticed last week the kale goes really dark in the oven, but tasted ok still.
Are you and your nose back to 100%? You can bend down again etc? Hope the op improved things for you.
