Afternoon all and thanks for the warm welcome back :) great to be back among you all again.
Maman- yep I was at the game yesterday. Not great end to a not great season :( We are self catering on our hols- what we usually do is have brekkie before we head out then have lunch out and about and a proper cooked meal in the evening. Will try and make them as SW friendly as I can!
Not a good pain day today- movement is minimal but off to bingo tonight :)
    Today’s food:
B: 2 x HEXB HiFi plus extra one for 3 syns, Apple, peach, coconut water (3.5)
L: Sausages, turkey rashers, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers. Water
T: Stir fry with Quorn steak strips and noodles, ice lolly (3.5) water
Snack at bingo: pears x 2, crisps (4.5)
Supper: tin of tomato soup (4) and maybe some chicken drumsticks if I’m still hungry.
    Syns: 18.5
Hope everyone having a good day xx

    My weight STS this week.
So if I hadn't had 600 Kcal wine every night, would have lost ... :(

Didn't know eggs were free food :)
  • I had 2 x onion bhajis with a few chips tonight.
Later I'll have a butty with a few more chips.

This was dessert I made for me and Mrs Sleazy.
Please note the fresh fruit - hope that I'm not overdoing it.
