I've read that families tend to repeat the same 10 meals.
I have a good spell where everything goes to plan then I have a bad spell of a few days......:o

Well, after my depressing WI yesterday I went bonkers today and ate the first chocolate I have had since Xmas! a 100g bar of milk chocolate with fruit and nuts from Lidl .... a whopping 25 syns!

I will now have a few days with minimal or no syns and see if I can repair the damage. :rotfl:

Just say i would rather not set a target then i won't be disappointed;)
Try mixing up your meals only eating speed f&v and not free veg, cut carbs ie pasta/rice/potatoes and drinking more water/NAS and see if that makes a difference
    Good luck x

Thanks. I will take your advice from tomorrow.
  • Hi all well done all losers, WI tonight for me so all those weighing in today and this week good luck and fingers crossed it’s what you worked hard towards. Been on plan and doing well. I shall update you on scores as soon as I can and I wish everyone else the best of luck.

Hi, I'm back from my holiday with a gain.

    + 5.5lbs

This has taken me back to original starting weight but I've back from holiday knowing that losing the weight is now my priority (and getting fitter) so my choices need to make that happen.

Anyway, I've done my meal plan, done my shopping and I'm organised for the week with most meals coming from batchinh cooking in the freezer.

    Today's food:

B: leftover chinese ( I did wake up at 3am, so it felt like lunch and it needed to go....)
    L: Chicken fajita salad
    T: Chilli, rice & salad

HEA's will be milk for hot drinks and some cheese on either lunch or tea and HEB will be hi-fi bars later with a cuppa.

Hopefully the holiday gain will soon disappear Frankie. You're doing exactly the right thing to get organised and plan.:T

I'm very organised today too. I won't have much time to cook dinner so I've prepped everything for a stir fry which will only take moments to cook when I get home.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana, skinny syrup
L: cold meat, pickles, fried LO veg
D: chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: 2.5 for honey in sauce
