I was talked into some profiteroles this afternoon. Said no politely but was given 8!
Said again I didn't want them but was pressurised into eating them.
I did leave 4 though, so not too bad.
I hate feeders especially when they know you are trying to lose weight!
Sorry about the spelling...........:rotfl:curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -

Evening everyone

Still in pain- blinking shoulder and neck
managed to get to Iceland and Tesco for some bits and pieces but came home and fell asleep! I located some parsley sauce from the SW range at Iceland but I’m not sure about it
this might be a strictly ‘try once’ thing
Today’s food:
B: HEXB porridge with HEXA milk and blackberries, coconut water (3.5)
L: Mexican rice salad (rice cooked in stock, black eyed beans, sweet corn, red kidney beans, onions, peppers, lemon and lime juice, Cajun seasoning) on a bed of salad leaves, red onion, more peppers, and tomatoes. 2 x HiFi bars (6) water
T: Salmon in SW parsley sauce, garlic chips, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower. Ice lolly (3.5) water
S: 2 Broghies (2) topped with ham and gherkins, crisps (4.5)
Syns: 19.5
I have been so good this week- really hope I get my 1/2 stone!

And so you should be! :T. How much more before you maintain?
Seems many SW things are try once MrsR.
Just settling down with a cuppa. A friend tried to persuade me to have a drink earlier. I refused but was very tempted.
