Young Kinnock putting forward the theory that a new Pro-Brexit Tory PM will sit on his hands until 31st October, ie.run down the clock on a default no deal and challenge Parliament to bring down the Government and then fight a subsequent GE on an unabashed no-deal ticket.
    Seems like a plan.

Agreed. Tories fighting a GE on a no-deal ticket will nicely split the vote between them and the Ni-gel! Ni-gel! party. :)
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

A scenario covered by a senior Tory last weekend who hinted at a deal where an avowed Brexiteer would not be challenged by the Brexit Party. Much blood-letting in the Tory party as a result though.
The two main parties need to decide whether they are pro or anti EU.
The mixed messages need to end.

I did look up some of their policies on line.
    Did you not find them?

I decided it wasn’t a good idea to split the remain vote.

They need to be out selling themselves. Suspect they lack a dynamic figure to create news headlines.

According to this think tank, it would almost be impossible to prevent a new Brexit PM from leaving on no deal terms. Only problem may be the Speaker, who seems to be able to interpret the rules to suit his own agenda.

Labour and Conservatives are both standing in the middle of road, so getting run over by both side traffic.

Brexit party and LibDem took opposing sides and their popularity is going up.

In an election a polarizing stance is better than confusing stance.

Brexit party member Ann Widecombe was asked about the outcome of a No Deal Brexit. The best she could come up with was basically that it was not as bad as being bombed!

I could just about understand it (even if I thought it was a dumb answer) from an "average" Leaver if stopped in the street or while in a pub with no time to prepare but this was from a professional politician speaking at an event where she knew she would be asked such a question.

I think if I was asked why I was supporting anything at all & the best I could think of was "It's better than the Blitz", I would seriously be reconsidering whether or not my judgment was sound.

If Boris tried to do that - there would be a no confidence vote and enough Tories would vote no confidence and he'd be doomed....he won't win a GE. Try selling a no deal Brexit deal to the British people...what would he put on the side of a bus ?

Vote for a no deal Brexit! It's better than the blitz!

    Two things.
A party advocating no fear in a no deal has been polling toward 40% in the EU election.
The thought of a Corbyn Labour Government would in my opinion be enough to give BJ a comfortable GE victory.
I fear you may be trying to predict the future whilst looking into rather biased Remain crystal ball.

Voting no deal in an EU election is not really voting no deal - it's just a feeble protest vote.

Actually putting a cross in a box that might lead to you losing your job, which might lead to you losing your house - well that's a whole different ball game.

That particular narrative has been peddled consistently for three plus years. Every time someone predicts that the British people will not vote for a particular outcome, they invariably do.
Remember a no deal advocating party does not need 50+% majority to win the next GE.
