The EU is not the EC. The EC is driven by poltical ideology. Not neutral as in the case of the UK Civil Service.
The EC is driven by member states national governments, like the UK Civil Service.
Is it the cooperation between the countries that is the problem for you?

Meantime Germany made 6 million FFPE2 face masks for the German customs authorities - and they've gone missing in Kenya.
Nobody knows why they were in Kenya but hey ...............

Here in Britain ongoing and increased PPE orders have been made and stocks are being delivered by the Army because without that help deliveries weren't being made quickly enough.
Valuable cargo goes missing at African airport. Who'd have thunk it?
But this cargo was made in Germany and for German consumption.
  • Very different because the EU is, thanks to this virus, showing just how divided the "union" really is and how prepared it is to help out member countries - i.e. not at all. Look at Italy, look at how other EU countries have ignored their plight and look at who is helping! Not the EU but Russia and Cuba. Spain too have had what help from the EU? Or France?
When this is over don't think the people suffering in those countries will forget that.
You fell for Russia's propaganda stunt. Unsurprisingly. ;)
“This is all about perception,” said Nathalie Tocci, director of the Italian Institute of International Affairs in Rome. “This medical help from Russia is nothing compared to the 750 billion euros of assets the ECB is going to buy. But it’s very hard to convey the importance of that to the public.”

    Very hard indeed. ;)

It's a really great example of EU incompetence, isn't it.

And what exactly has the EU done so far to counter that "propaganda stunt" - you know, the one that actually save Italian lives -
has the ECB as in your link actually done anything apart from try to introduce unnecessary and unwanted conditions for those who need help, as is the EU's way?

Not a question of speed. More the distribution of supplies to where they are needed when they are needed. Who better to use given the complexity involved. Than the Army who undertake this regularly in transporting and maintaining units anywhere in the world. They've created a complete supply and storage chain in the past few weeks. Enabling efficient use of available stocks.

Are you ignoring the orders made or are you trying to say that these troops who we've seen photographed are delivering .......... nothing?
