Very little planned for next week except some catching up on housework and much relaxing. Some minor trips locally, perhaps - depends on weather

Today I am grateful for getting through a tough workout, for balm tissues (for dd, poor thing, I kept her off school!), for raw veg coleslaws, for a good meeting with the catering manager at the posh school, for using the sainz points offer x3, for deciding not to force myself to read a library book as it didn't appeal, for the washing drying outside, for a helpful and cheerful techie person at the other end of the phone sorting me out.

f0xh0les - I guess it must be a hole in the space-time continuum. I keep thinking of when Lister and Cat find one in the showers...

Sorry to be awol but feeling a bit dazed and confused. A bit down because cleaning half a quite small bathroom took so much out of me - admittedly it has been a while since most of the things I was doing hadn't been touched for a while and I did use both arms and then both legs during the cleaning (as each body part in turn started to scream at me). Positive thinking says I should be grateful for being able to do it at all and the pain is just the price of my achievements (repeat often enough I might start to believe it).

This morning i woke at 5.30am but was so scared of falling asleep, tried reading to relax but not get too relaxed. Had a bath :j:j:j, a horse chestnut bath and I like my new handles - not sure how helpful they are but new getting out of the bath/ exercise opportunities available.

Went to the bus stop in plenty of time (times have changed slightly and I was never sure if they were 5 to or 5 past the hour in the first place) but it either failed to turn up or I missed seeing it, so ended up walking to exercise class. Bit of a struggle especially as the tiny hayfever tablets decided to hide this morning and at 5.30 am it didn't look as though it was going to be sunny.

Made it gasping and wheezing and less than 10 minutes late, the next bus hadn't arrived when I got there (actually quite a good time just got slower and slower as I went along). Good exercise session but was totally wiped out by the end so came home via little arseda and have stayed upstairs all afternoon. Have done a food delivery order but was only scheduled to arrive this evening and had already eaten the last yoghurt/ piece of fruit etc (and Icyland didn't have a couple of things I wanted).

Spent too much and not sure I have everything I need - I need to spend some time thinking about what I'm eating and having lots of grab and go healthy food available. I've eaten from mum's freezer and cupboards twice this week.

Today I am grateful for all that I have done this week, for starting to feel more like doing things and for plans to start scheduling more in - mixture of routine, necessary and pleasurable jobs as recommended on last year's CBT courses.

    Hi all :j

Budget: No food shopping today thank goodness but still spent a bit.
Enjoy the month Out to exhibition, did not have to pay the car park fee of £7 but then bought 2 sandwiches & 2 teas - cost £11. And the sandwiches were quite stale....disappointing - will take own food when we go again.

Read Yep will be reading in bed soon. 2 widely differing books on the go atm.

Reduce, reduce and reduce Emptied large kitchen compost bin into one of even bigger compost Daleks in garden.

    Increase Still to do.

Move it! A bit of walking at the venue. Awake early so got up & let beasts out before it got too hot. Then did some potting on in greenhouse & watered garden.

Post 3 gratitudes every day Grateful for pleasant day out, DH randomly being offered a job finishing an art book, message from an old friend in the US.

No! Planned meal out today, but won't do that again.

Think of others Made DD a proper meal before she went out, instead of the rubbish she was planning to eat.

16 NSD: STILL stuck on 7/16 yep

    Pay to your debt/savings OK

Plan the month: weekend full of RL

Woke at 4 am - need to sort my sleep pattern properly. Have eaten something that didn't agree with me, resulting in weird and not so wonderful dreams -
eg 1 - saw a brown 'mouse', then a grey one, then thought they were too long for mice
eg 2 - walked into my bedroom to see a large puddle extending out on both sides of the bed, then a large brown and black tom cat shot out from under it (think that must have been the first as I remember thinking they had left the back door open)
eg 3 - back to when DS1 was little and I looked after my friend's 3 children, we had the inevitable 'nit' letter sent home from school and I was trying to work out where the nearest chemist's were from an unfamiliar part of town, only to find that other mum's had stripped them (and I'd only thrown the nit combs we had out the week before).

So next month (starting now for me) will be back to basics -
Budget under control (maybe review to start with as some bits have come unravelled)
    Eat properly (and reduce intake)
Drink lots of water/ reduce diet coke Again
Moisturise, especially feet. Buy some properly supportive shoes. think about going back to the doctor/ referring myself to physio to see what else I can do about my foot
Build up a schedule - timetable routine, necessary and pleasant activities
Tackle housework, starting with a deep clean
    Be happy
    Have fun

Investigate underlining anxieties to see what can be eliminated - the dreams were all things that could/ have happened but wildly exaggerated. Write a frog list for things I have been neglecting.

Going to have a lovely day and hope all turtles do too.

Just lost a whole post!!! Boo, hiss!

Enjoy the sunshine. It looks like Le Shire is missing the rain on Monday.
    Plans for half term
    **trip to Lido

**free museum with gelato/sticky doughnut bribe
**Endgame (still not made it - £5 each+ smuggled popcorn)
    **Lego Movie 2 (on K1dsclub all week - £2.50)

** Day in the park with bikes / scooters / picnic and a surprise visit from DH who works 1 minute away)
** local small nature reserve, less than 1 1/2 miles away but never go over that way except to visit the German supermarket. So will take a detour.

Right, coffee, and then to the market-lots of lovely berries to freeze for kids to make smoothies and healthy puddings.

This time next week is the 1st of June, so going to make this week count. Just off to tot up the NSDs... it looks like 11, with a week to go.
