The squirrels went! You are so lucky and what a lovely squirrel man!
Your financial plan going forward sounds sensible. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

I now await the hole being filled in by the housing association, but things go slow on that front.
I have ordered my GDs Christmas present tonight, overnight the price had gone down £10 as 20% off today, so a win there. Also got my mums present ordered.
Maybe a bit early but I can't stand the rush of Christmas. The money has been saved all year for all the presents.
I've been preparing for Christmas shopping too. xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.

This week is going fast, I have registered at a new doctors now not to far away , another tick of my list. My broadband failed two days ago, I managed to get through to provider last night and my phone line is rather dead , so Openreach are mending that and it can be done from outside. The kind man managed to get me some broadband back last night albeit rather slow connection.
I am now trying to get the hole filled in my roof, roofer from housing association turned up yesterday but didn't even go up a ladder. I have no faith in them anymore , looks like I will be getting that job done myself as well.
Three NSD this week thus far , but today I will be buying lunch .
Have a good day everyone.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1 -

What did he do? Just look at it? It beggars belief what people don't do.

There is now a job in for a contractor to fill in holes after I sent my own photos. The squirrels will probably be back before they do them.
I now have internet, Openreach had to put a new socket in my lounge , all free so no complaints.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1 -
Well no idea where time has gone.
I met up with my lovely real life MSE friend at the big shopping centre , albeit a day early. Some more Xmas shopping done and pizza eaten. Look forward to our next meet up.
Travelled to the North East this weekend to stay with friends , thoroughly enjoyable trip even though the weather wasn't up to much. Also had last weekend staying at friends in next county which was also enjoyable . I am doing lots of travelling this month , including a visit to the big smoke in 2 weeks to meet another MSE lady.
I have done about 75% of my Xmas shopping , all with the money from my Xmas savings account which is one of the best habits I have picked up since joining MSE .
New home is starting to feel like home , it just takes time to get used to everything.
Back to work tomorrow after my long weekend .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1 -
