  • The roofers were here for about 2 hours according to my downstairs neighbour , no idea what they have done until the scaffolding comes down. Just hope it's enough to keep squirrels out. Tree will be trimmed over the winter , another help.

I hope the repairs done are successful.
Trimming the trees back will definitely help too.

  • Payday, all money put in the right places for the month. I am excited for London tomorrow and meeting up with a forum member.

Today I went to a large garden centre that has a very good Christmas section. The place was very very busy, but we managed to look at lots of things and we didn't buy anything. Lunch was had and very nice it was as well.

I have my spends sorted for tomorrow, travelling first class cheap tickets so no spends needed on the train. Have to be up at 5.00am so going getting sorted now .

Have a good weekend everyone .

  • Fabulous day in London, met at train station by a lovely MSE lady , we had a great day . I got shown parts of London I have never been to before. Got given a lovely treat, couldn't have asked for a better day. We walked around 22, 000 steps during the day and today I am feeling it. I also seem to have a cold and sore throat now , but no chance of being off , I was ill last week so just have to soldier on. I am going to bed soon as seriously tired.
