Feeling much better today and have eaten some breakfast , just staying bland for a few days. Payslip online today and if my calculations are right , I will have an extra £250 left each month and that takes into account the savings I already do.
I think my fuel bill is going to go up as this flat is bigger than my last and has large windows . I have had the heating on already so will have to watch and see. My council tax is £110 a month , but next year in April it will drop again to around £75 . Owing to an error on my behalf I am tied into a gym membership for another 12 months £42 so I am going to make use of it again. Since starting the moving adventure I have hardly been.
My phone contract ends on Friday and I am going sim only , my phone is like new on the outside so will see what deal I can get on a monthly sim only .
I feel very rich , but am mindful that the new job I took on in February was only until April 2020 so with this in mind I will just put the money away in case after April I go back to my old job , I have been told this is unlikely but we will see.
Today I have contacted my pension provider from a previous job for figures to take it early ,just out of interest. It was non contributory so anything I receive it better than nothing , but still being mindful of my situation.
Financially I am in a good position for the first time in a long time , debt free will be late 2020 if I stay in this job, if not then summer 2021.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1 -
Pleased to see things are looking good for you Sunshine. Here’s hoping the job carries on for you.

I'm glad you're feeling a bit better today Sunshine. I hope they manage to squirrel proof your home.
I have big windows in my house and it does help the heat escape, but I like them because of the lovely light that the rooms get.

Got home late last night after having my hair cut , to find the scaffolding is up for the roof repairs , so hopefully it will get done today .
Slept like a log last night, which is unusual for me. It looks very chilly outside this morning so will wrap up.
Have received £7.50 from TCB so paid it off the CC.
Out with a friend tonight for a catch up and a meal. I have £25 left in personal spends so more than enough.
Best go and get ready for work.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1
