  • Downton Abbey lifted my spirits today, mum and daughter enjoyed it as well. Had evening meal with parents which was lovely. Have my table and chairs now both secondhand but very good quality. £40 for table and £25 for chairs .

  • I think you are right to switch pest controllers if you are not happy. Wishing you well on getting rid of them.

Well done on the chairs and table. A great result! Was it E3ay or a CS?

Table was from a house clearance and chairs found on gumtree .

New pest control man got in the loft and crawled to the squirrels. I have to get the other traps removed by the first company and then he is coming Monday to start. Completely different experience, much more reassuring , told me not to worry. Slightly happier tonight .

  • I need to do a long update on everything but just checking in to say the squirrels haven't been heard for 2 days and I have identified the hole where they did get in. They seem to have evicted themselves!

Today I am off to the Lakes just for the day and am looking forward to seeing my friend . Plus I have 2 other meet ups I am looking forward to in October .

    Anyway everyone enjoy the sun.
