I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Wow! Where can you go and see a film for that price?
Your day sounds really great, and I bet tomorrow you will feel even better when the house is sorted out. You ask why you let it get like it.... I don't know the answer, but I've definitely got the same disease!! Just call me Procrastination Personified! X
    I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy

  • It tells you something when I say I worked all the daylight hours on my kitchen and I still need to do inside the cupboards, the top of the fridge, cupboard and boiler.

Kitchen looks so clean! It is lovely! and smells lovely too. Steam cleaner used. It works so well why I don't do it more often is beyond me. But now? Lovely, lovely, lovely The floor is clean and smooth and I can walk in there barefoot :D
I got rid of a chair and I can actually walk in a straight line in there :T

I slow cooked some lamb and had with veggies. Lush :)

I did my 30 minute walk.:)

I stuck to my IF and delayed eating until 12.00 :)

All good, except...the walk was to the shop where I purchased a bottle of red wine another MSEr recommended, oh and crisps :o

Oh well you can't win them all :rotfl:

Have a good evening all :)
