  • That's great news about the exercise classes, I find not only are they good for my fitness but they really raise my mood too :).

Great also that you're craving healthy food again :).

Good luck with the car frog, frog eating does make you feel much better afterwards.

    Thanks @AC, @SSG58, @beanielou, @HHOD, @SG2 :)

''What's next on the house list ? Have the squirrels departed again ?''

Thanks SG2, I don't want to provoke the powers that be but the squirrels seem to have vacated. That said they will be back unless I can get the fascias done. That leads me on to your excellent second point. After a flurry of activity on the house I have ground to a halt :( I had a few quotes on new windows then stopped. I need to get started again. The most urgent is the fascias but the most easily achievable might be the 2 remaining windows. In thinking it through I have my answer. THE WINDOWS ARE NEXT ;)
Thanks for the push SG2. It was exactly what I needed :)

I ate a frog today, not the car, so not the one I was supposed to eat today but a call I have been putting off for several weeks and guess what? It was easy, pleasant even, so not really a frog. I wonder why I made it into one? It got me thinking...maybe the car frog isn't as big a frog as I am making it out to be...

Will eat the car frog tomorrow. I truly will.:(

Today, a bit more food shopping, letters posted, a few life admin tasks caught up on. No actual work :o

I realised that where I shop is £4 in fares, add a coffee £2.50, so I really must get the bike sorted so my shorter journeys can be free.

I did not find trainers but I have my pumps and they will have to do for the first week as I am not going to miss my exercise classes :)

A good thing to report is 3 NSDs in a row without noticing :)

Hope you are all having a good start to the week :)
