This time to catch up on tasks and look after myself before the real work begins feels really important.

I met a friend who has been living the way I want to for 3 years. He has another year left before his money runs out and he needs to find work to pay his way. It was nice to spend time with him as he understands the ups and downs of this lifestyle. A good reality check.
I picked up 4 packets of smoked salmon as they were reduced from £6 to £2.35 each. :money:
The wall my neighbour broke has been fixed by my neighbour’s workman. A small victory.

The good news is I am now the owner of a proper office chair. :T The work station is coming together as now have a printer/scanner and desk too. I feel set to work well
Hmm, just to put the chair together now...;)
I still have a few things outstanding from yesterday's list so they can be done this afternoon.
I have a bike in my hallway with two flat tyres that makes my hallway narrow as I have to manoeuvre around it. It represents failure every time I open the front door. So next week I will find a bike shop and get this done. I will get something to fix it on the wall. The odd job man is due in a few weeks so I can get him to do it. It will be good to reclaim my hallway!
Yesterday I returned an item to Lid1 and got a refund
This morning I am off to Farmer's Market. I will be taking back an item to the supermarket and buying a paper.

I love the variety of a farmer's market, so I hope you enjoy your morning. Sometimes, just sometimes, you can get a bargain - or more commonly you spot something that just makes your day be it pickle or jam or something more immediateI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

I bought some eggs at the Farmer's Market. I had 2 for breakfast today. The egg yolks stood up instead of spreading out and were very yellow. I can't say the taste was any different from my usual organic eggs. I bought 2 Russian kale plants, one for my neighbour as a little thank you for sorting my bins when I was on holiday. I will try and keep mine alive! I bought 6 handmade chocolates but I wouldn't buy them again as they were to sweet (Still ate them all!!)
It was nice to read physical newspapers on a Saturday when I would usually be at work
I finally and successfully put my chair together by myself :T The only thing left now is a laptop stand so I am not looking down straining my neck...Then my work station is complete! I even have a radio on my desk
It is raining today. Good for the gardens I guess.
Today I want to see if I can get my laptop stand and see if I can find some trainers. Other than that I will potter and clean and organise and do whatever I fancy doing. My kind of day
