    Not at work today :)

Washing done and out frying/dishes X2/chicken curry prepped and some frozen/washed my hair/

I am going for a walk to pop into the library, top up my phone and maybe have a coffee out. I will get a bank statement too to see if my salary is in…

There is stuff I need. ISN’T THERE ALWAYS? WHY IS THAT? Random stuff like baking soda, ground almonds and moisturiser…

The better eating is already paying off and I am back to feeling more balanced and wanting healthier food again.

I try out a new exercise class tonight...

I am ahead on my broadband/telephone so I will be moving the regular payment so I can pay off my energy bill in one go today. :money:

So there we are, my day plan. Not very exciting, but as Beanie might say, it is what it is.

 to leaving the chocolate behind! (you can tell what my priorities in life are!:D)

But I'm so pleased to read that the healthier eating regime is producing results and you're feeling a lot better in yourself.:)

I hope the new exercise class went well.

    DIA and Seasidegal,
I bought a bar of 90% G0diva chocolate yesterday and it was surprisingly sweet. Very addictive as well so I won't be buying it again but if you have discipline and assuming that it really is 90%, could it answer your problems?

I still am Puddleglum - phew!
  • I hope you feel less tired today DIA. I've missed loads of Pilates classes lately, but I've just been too tired to go for various reasons. No point in going if you're exhausted before you get there.

what HHOD says is very true, BUT sometimes when you are tired of day to day things it can actually perk you up to some exercise or even an outing, but mainly an exercise. its all too easy to be too busy/tired for these type of things but they are important.

using my Fitbit steps as a barometer is interesting as its either 3,000 when I cant find a way to get out or 12,000 when I can - not much in the middle. so I find a good talking to myself sometimes helps make the difference

good luck with the rest of your week and weekend
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine

I like the high cocoa chocolate so I will look out for that. Thank you :)

Thanks HH and Mark88. You both make excellent points. I guess it is about identifying what tired means to you. It ranges from CBA to severe fatigue. Some points on that scale a good talking to is all that is needed and on other points on the scale the best thing to do is rest.

i completely agree. I only miss Pilates when I'm exhausted already, but never because I CBA. There is also a difference between mental and physical tiredness. If you've been working on a computer all day and feel tired then exercise will make you feel better. If you're tired because you've been gardening all day then you should probably rest :).

I worked in the city yesterday. I spent on fares/coffee/cake (£11.40) could have been worse but I took in lunch. I seem to spend so much on food and fares

I don’t need to go to the office tomorrow so WFH and will have a NSD ;)

Left work late (and hungry) yesterday, picked up a few YS items in Mr.W including a FR chicken in the Dutch pot cooking now :) Cooking now so when I get in hungry it is there ready. I’ve noticed I eat loads waiting for my meal to be ready and then eat again when the meal is ready! Soup and salad tonight…

Off to meet a friend today for a meet up

Texted plasterer to come and quote

    Have a good day everyone
