I do too but none of it goes to waist and the nutritional info is really good
True for me but also true for me in Ald1

I have a M&S food hall just a few mins away. I always get my gf bread on yellow sticker . I have to make myself just go straight for that or otherwise who knows what I would come home with !

Hope you feel less tired today and manage to get your house to rights if you so wish. There is always tomorrow. Have payroll sorted things out for you?

Everything sounding good at the minute, not many weeks left before self employment, how exciting .
Thanks SG. I got the dishes done and that always makes me feel straighter in the home. Will plough on with the rest of the drudgery...

Payroll did not include me on the list so no salary  I've come along way as no mortgage to come out and I moved savings into my account to cover, so it is annoying but not a disaster ;)

I can't wait for the next phase to begin. Exciting but scary ;)

For you MnS makes sense then, but despite my love for MnS, I have a perfectly good Ald1 nearby so I have no reason not to do 90% of my shop there.

  • There are drinks at work tomorrow but I've sent a message that I won't be going. There is a weird mood at work and I want to minimise being with work folk. I suspect with a few drinks it will get worse not better. Also it is an expensive city bar so I will pass :money:

This morning I will be going to Tai Chi. I have become horribly inactive so despite not fancying it I MUST GO.

I am taking a portable breakfast (kefir/fruit/seeds) and after class I will be going to a coffee shop (taking my cup for a discount) where I will have breakfast :money:

Today is cheap film day so I will see a film this afternoon for £3.00 including a coffee :money:

I set up my Christmas club account yesterday :money:

Have a good day everyone :)

Great organisation going on there DIA . Very impressive . Enjoy your day

Thanks drawingaline and thanks AC. I think if I keep on trying I am bound to get results in the end? ;)

Low energy is still with me and I am eating badly. It is all connected I’m sure, but whether it is chicken or egg is hard to say…

Anyway, I made it to the Tai Chi class. :T The class had 30/5 people, too many for my liking. I am not a youngster but it is fair to say I was the youngest there! I need a more active class. This was geared towards older people so there was lots of sitting. I also did not like the instructor. So entitled without being aware he was. Talk about bubble!!

I still got lots from the class and it confirmed I like Tai Chi. The search continues…

Next week I will be trying out a circuit class.

I bought some essential oils whilst out in TKM3xx and burning lavender, sweet orange oil and clary sage concoction I mixed. Hopefully they will help settle me...

I had a feeling of dread about work tomorrow so instead of letting it get increasingly worse I asked if I could WFH tomorrow and defer any meetings to next week and it was agreed.

Hoping I snap out of this fug soon.

Hope your day has been fug free :)

At least you tried the class and have found something you like. Onwards and upwards DIA.

Hope you have a fug free day tomorrow.
Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.

  • Tbh, I think you may have to sit back and pause for a miniute DIA .
Could be wrong , but maybe you are sprinting a little into your new life plan and that maybe you should slow down a little ?
You are doing really well , but it looks like you could just relax about doing it all a little too quickly ?
You seem to be getting symptoms of the way I was in my first diary
No way as bad , but it's that horrible feeling about the job..
Have a coffee tomorrow and possibly a cake and read instead taking your mind off of everything for a while . Well , that's what I'd do:D

You are right AC, I do feel a pressure to get things in place before the end of August.
In fact I feel I am going too slowly. I really need to get some quotes in.
I wish I could relax today but I am working.
I think you are right about relaxation generally. On Sunday I am going to kick back and see a friend in a national trust park. Plenty of tea and cake on the menu. Thanks AC :)
