On my option 4 it was to cancel a contract, so not sure if this is the right dept. - plus my contract still has 8 mths to run, have just tried to claim cashback but letter returned 'gone away' (not in prison worst luck), these people make me sick, they will start up again 6 mths time.
As i did it over the internet with pbd, i dont actually have a contract -( my husband does from vodafone shop )- where do i stand, could i cancel with vodafone, if they dont offer a decent deal? Any good advice welcome x
did you get your contract through cnm, not the vodaphone shop?
and sorry, but you can't cancel if you're a cnm customer or not, all you can do is accept any discount the network will be generous enough to give you.It is better to be thought of as an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt

Be careful if taking the £5 reduction offer from T-mobile, the lady i took my reduction from was reading out my entitlements and said I would have £90 a month usage allowance on Flext 35 rather than the £120 I signed up for with CNM - I said no way, I want the same deal I had signed up with. She said that that was the old tarrif i was on, I said to keep me on it!
She said she would, so i'll be checking my allowance nervously next month!0 -

Try and speak to someone else. They should be able to put a £5 loyalty discount on your account without changing your tariff to the new Flext 35 (12Month)
It all depends on who you speak to there.0 -
i have tried to get somewhere with three but they wont budge.......told them about what voda customers were being offered but they wont help. certainly will consider moving to another network when this contract ends in april
Same here, Three won't let me downgrade my price plan until my contract's up (in September!) They're happy for me to upgrade though! No thanks0 -
Is anyone on a CNM/PBD deal with O2? If so, I'd like to hear from you. PM me.0

Sorry, did I miss a beat somewhere - Was there a newsletter that said consumers no longer had any rights?
Where is the hole in this...
1/ I made a contract to enter into a 12 month phone contract @ 35/month in return for £420 in staged payments, £35 up front and a new mobile phone. This contract was entered into with Mobile Affiliates (MA) AKA Coolnewmobile (CNM).
2/ CNM reneged on a substantial part of their contract by virtue of entering into an administration agreement, and explicity in a public statement by said administrators.
3/ CNM are no longer in a position to defend their contracts, which have been clearly breached.
4/ My only contact with Vodafone (in my case) was to pay invoices that they sent to me based on my contract with MA.
WHY is it that a substantial proportion of board members seem to think this is our problem? Entering into a contract, as a consumer is not a risk. It's a contract - there are obligations and remedies. I simply can't see how Vodafone would hope to defend their position of invoicing against a now defunct contract.
I accept that the administration agreement protects the limited company (MA) from existing debts (in my case £140 that I've spent on line rental so far), but I'm baffled as to why anyone thinks I should continue paying Vodafone something that's not going to be re-embursed as agreed.
Anyway, my plan of action is that I'm asking Vodafone to issue me with any sort of proof that they have a contract with me, if they are unable to do so (and I can't see how they would be able), I'll be ceaseing my direct debit, and in the unlikely event they bring it to court, turning up with their failure to provide me with evidence of contract.
Before you respond to this telling me that I took risks, that I should accept the situation, that I am being unreasonable etc, think about it for a few seconds. Instead of wasting that valuable typing time, go bend over for some other corporation - maybe send Sony or Littlewoods a cheque as a goodwill gesture for christmas?0 -
What lower tarrif you move, in my case they just reduce from £35 to £30 nothing less than that, Has anybody move more than this, Can all T-mobile user share there view .....0

I fully agree with your statement but I need some legal expert advice as I don't want to losse my credit rating or problem in future contract, Can anybody give proper legal advice (I think network should accept some responsibilty & cancel the contract immediately without early termination charge) but should happen with network aggreemnet no one sided.
