I sent an email on the 18/11 had an email back 19/11 to say looking into this and someone would contact me in 72 [their wording]then not heard a thing.

Hi

I was on CNM deal sent 4 month and 6 month claims and never got a penny despite emails telling me cheque on its way!

Vodafone just contacted me - offered £17.50 for remainder of contract which has 5 months to go.

Said £5 offer is not availavbvle to CNM customers.

Better than nowt - I have previously had 3 cash back contracts one of which was with CNM and they were all honoured - oh well some you lose, it was always a gamble.

Phone them instead, you are more likely to get a response that way

They are talking rubbish because I was with CNM and got it and so did my husband

Just done that, was told 'there is a huge backlog they will get back to you'!!
So back to waiting.

Just wondered if anyone has spotted a pattern for those who've been offered the £5 deal ie if they are with pbd or cnm, length of contract left, number of contracts? Or have we just missed the boat (again!)

Offered £17.5 deal. Into my 6th month at the moment. With CNM

I'm 4 months into my contract, I was offered the £17.50 deal from vodafone, but my OH(also 4 months into contract) has just rang them to be told they are no longer offering reduced deals and she will need to wait for a letter from the administrator that outlines the possible options. Might just be CS person not knowing what they are doing, anyway she is going to call them again later.
