I just mentioned that PBD had gone into liquidation was there any way that they could change my contract so that i can pay less. They called me back 2 days later as promised and offered me this, saying it was out of good will... what surprised me was that i had to do no pleading. Just ask them if they could do the same offer as they have with other affected customers. Be warned they may just be fobbing you of with the excuse about the letter to get you of the phone.

if you have no luck than i dont mind as i said earlier talk about previous companies going into bust and then talk about you know people that have had same success, you never know....

Ive just found out about PDB and Mobile Affiliates. Ive logged a complaint with Vodafone and got the same crap except they also threw in "THATS WHY YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BUY FROM US AND NOT OTHER COMPANIES". Ive also logged a complaint on Watchdog. Not sure what to do next - although I can pay for the 2 contacts I have, I am still down £900 over the year.

If anyone has an email address for Vodafone, please post it.

You have to use the online form on their website in the contact us section, but you'll be lucky on a reply. I have emailed them twice with no reply and called them 3 times to hear the 9 month rule :-(

£350 outstanding on my wifes cashback - just about to start a claim, and outstanding claim for £420 with moneyclaimonline for me.

I guess theres no point pursuing the moneyclaimonline further ?

Phoned t-mobile and they said I could have £5 off for the rest of the contract...

Great - thats £20 saved. Only £400 out of pocket now !!!!
