So, after reading what you've now said (I didn't realise the permission came from a Director) then do the appeal in the COMPANY'S name.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes consent in email is from director. It's fine to do it in his name. But will it need a cover letter and signature from him. Or will they just check the name associated with company on companies house?

    Thanks again :j

Why not include a link to Companies House in the intro, and state that a Director has authorised this appeal in the company's name (see email).

Uploaded my popla appeal. Reading through their FAQ it's fairly obvious what way the benefit of doubt swings.
It doesn't say on there, that I can see. How long the operator has to add their evidence ?

I'll keep the forum updated of any progress.

21 days from receipt of the copy from POPLA. No, I don’t know how long POPLA take to copy it to them, but I not aware that there have been delays in the past.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
