But is that what PoFA Schedule 4 para 9 requires? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

billybonds4, your vehicle registration number and your PCN number are clearly visible on your latest google drive file.
The parking companies trawl this forum just waiting for people to trip themselves up and can try to use your posts against you.0 -
Thanks. Valid point!!!0

Ok. So I finally got there followed 9(2)f as coupon mad suggested. And the wording isn't present on the NTK as it should be to adhere to POFA regulations.

I take it the only difficulty comment was sarcasm
Your company will have to get past the difficulty of arguing that the driver was not on company business, to get this past POPLA.
Did you wait a couple of seconds, for the link I provided to settle on the post within the thread? I wasn't showing you that thread to see if theirs was a NTK like yours, it wasn't about the NTK.
Please click that link again and let it settle on the post I wanted you to understand.
Edna Basher is the expert on how to argue this as a company and that thread by Sketch shows you the issue. This is winnable if you jump through both those hoops!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
