OK so you need to do the POPLA appeal in the name of the company.
Has the NTK got POFA wording on it? (check para 9(2)f of the POFA Schedule 4).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks.
I'm sorry I don't follow. Para 9. Pofa schedule . Do you mean on the paper work they sent will have this wording. Or are you asking me to check from some info here.
There is no para 9 on any paperwork I have?
Sorry for being dim here0 -
Ok. I read a post elsewhere. Compare wording in newbie section I'll have a read.
But I'm starting to think £60 is cheap at the price compared to the agro. Although it's the principle0 -

Has the NTK got 9(2)f wording - the warning to the keeper that they will be liable, and doses it correctly state those words/timeline '28 days beginning with the day after...'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

In the most basic of grounds for appeal isn't signage supposed to state that the are authorised by the named land owner to operate.
I've noticed the sign mentions payment in 28 days, not the NTK. Also as stated before. The sign pic they sent us a generic pdf. Not the proof of located signage I asked for.0 -

The only difficulty your company will have is to explain in the POPLA appeal that, not only can your company not be held liable under the POFA, because MET haven't bothered to use the wording to hold a keeper liable, but also, the driver was clearly not acting 'on behalf of' the company nor on company business either by having a bite to eat in the evening, well after working hours for the company, so POPLA's so-called 'Sector Expert' needs to do one!
To understand that, see this thread:

Coupon mad.
Thanks so much. I take it the only difficulty comment was sarcasm
I've read through the the link provided. Not sure if their NTK was missing wording like mine?
I'm assuming in my case, the fact the wording is not there as legally required, that's a victory in itself?
Do I specifically need the cover letter with directors signature like suggested in link. My company get very funny about involvement in PCN's, could prove difficult for me. Though they're ok with me filling appeal out.
Also in addition in my popla appeal, I assume it's worth putting the signs do not state MET are authorised to act on BP's behalf. I believe this is required? In addition, I visited the site today to get photos of sign locationsilluminations etc. I requested those specific locations relating to my offence on my appeal to MET. They just sent back a PDF copy of a sign.
Is there any draft format I should follow for popla appeal wording.
Many thanks0
