MEP parking BP stansted

I was under the impression if the wording was not compliment, then they had no cause.
As I said, my company won't want to get involved.
I did read the thread. It's all a lot to take in, and without experience see the relivence to my case.
I've also tried to get confirmation if the signage should display that they are acting on behalf of BP by consent.
This is starting to look like I just pay the 60. My company aren't interested in spending time saving me money.0 -
Complyent.
The bloody edit button won't work for me here 0 -
I don't understand? If 9(2)f is not present on the NTK. Why would I need to convince pofa of anything else. The NTK is unlawful?0
-
Omg. It late and this has done my tiny brain in. I meant convincing popla0

This is why you have the difficulty of having to jump through TWO hoops:

See what we mean now? I did explain to you that you have two issues to address.
Blame the 'sector expert' idiot they have believed...probably from a parking firm or the BPA, IMHO. Biased trash.
At least you know in advance. You are lucky you are aware of this in time to deal with it in your 'company' POPLA appeal! Most company appellants would have no idea.
Don't forget it will have to be done in the company name, not yours.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I can't do it though can I. Because I can't get a company director to get involved. They don't will not be interested sadly.
So end of the road for me sadly0 -
I can't supply the registered companies House directors signature! So as it states, they'll dismiss my appeal.0
-
I still don't understand why we need to jump through hoops, have letters from directors, when the wording on NTK wasn't complyent by omitting 9(2)f ??0
-
As you've seen on my NTK. There is no invite to name the driver?0
-
OK so tell your employers by email, that you need an email confirming that they have authorised you to appeal in your name and have passed the Notice to you as the lessee/hirer.
Get that, then appeal to POPLA in your name and explain this at the start, that you are the lessee/hirer and attaching the email as proof that you are authorised to appeal this to POPLA in your name.
Then submit a POPLA appeal in your name as lessee/hirer and hope they will consider it. Do not mention Company Directors etc., just do it in your name with proof you are authorised to do so.
You need the comms in future to come to you and not the company. You shouldn't have appealed in the company name; you should have given your name and address as lessee/hirer earlier (not driver) or ideally your company should have transferred liability to you.
So the above is the way to try to push it through but show us your draft wording first as this is a bit complicated.
See if Edna Basher adds anything tomorrow.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
