Troublesome buyer on Ebay - Accept return??

    Well done OP and great that you came back with the update.

    The refund will be from eBay's purse.....but at least you have managed to get it.

    In case you haven't done already, use the eBay help pages to 'report' the buyer. Ebay won't automatically flag the buyer unless they receive a specific report. If enough sellers do it (assuming the buyer has done/will do it before/again then it all helps build up a bigger picture).

    Like the other response the pin seems to be the thing they need to identify you even before they talk to you , they do always ask me to confirm my name but that's all.
