Troublesome buyer on Ebay - Accept return??

Well done OP and great that you came back with the update.
The refund will be from eBay's purse.....but at least you have managed to get it.
In case you haven't done already, use the eBay help pages to 'report' the buyer. Ebay won't automatically flag the buyer unless they receive a specific report. If enough sellers do it (assuming the buyer has done/will do it before/again then it all helps build up a bigger picture).0 -
When you ring up ebay are there any security questions they ask you?
I'm having a bit of bother with a similar buyer who seems to be playing the game in order to keep both the item and receive a full refund.
