    Morning all

Banking done here, spreadsheets all up to date, so hopefully that will get spending back in check. If I don't log it down regularly I get in the habit of spending more little silly unnecessary bits.

Looks like we might have a new tennant soon so that will take the pressure off, last month we were without a tennant in one house and the other one only paid half the rent, so was hard.

Have done a final analysis of new bathroom quotes and sent my thoughts off to OH (who is away on business) so hope to finalise that this week too.

Recycling is out, DW done so just need to sort WM

    Work this afternoon.

Feel back on top of things that I had got sorted before, the house is nowhere near sorted yet but my objective is not letting it slip back. Any progress is then a bonus.

At last, mojo is back; feeling positive.

Been out and done the horses and got to go back just before 1pm. Not started raining yet but need to bring them in as it's supposed to be torrential this afternoon.

Am going to do the master and ensuite and go from there.

Positive mood means I'm going to aim to lose a few lb that have piled on over the last year. Last year lost about 2st and have put nearly 1 1/2 back on. 1/2 st was fine because people thought I'd lost too much but 1/2 is too much. Putting it here to tie me in to sticking to it and of course extra flying is extra exercise.:j

    Done 1 x WM

Level 1 floordrobe clear and master and landing vacuum cleaned
Ensuite, bathroom & WC S&S towels changed

Been out and got soaked at my volunteering job, so stripped off in the garage, all stuffed in WM, warm dry clothes on, soup eaten.

Cat has vanished into his warm snuggly igloo!

Decluttered some pain killers so now I'm a useless blob..

I really wanted to sort Twinkles clothes so I can rehome a binbag full of outgrown stuff.. but it will have to wait a bit longer.

Oh.. I need to change DS3's diabetic clinic appointment.. he is refusing to go by himself and I can't go at that time.. he is a pita!

    Still not finished the painting.
I need to sort quotes for shower/loo .. I don't want to just fritter the PPI money I want to benefit from it.

I need something to occupy my shrivelling brain.. looking at short online courses. I have the concentration span of a gnat but need something.

Apple allergy is running riot .. covered in a rash and antihistamined that which is not helping my lethargy!

I need to take my wedding ring in to me made smaller too.. before I lose it! .. and I need to add it to my house insurance.. still not done that!!

so much to do and so little energy and time!

Flying wise.. OH was bossed to bring the washing in about 10 seconds before the rain hit torrential! Perfect timing.. the rain will get it's own back my soaking me to the skin onthe school run no doubt! .. oh.. I need to wash hair before school too.. it is nasty.

    Evening all.

Thank you Natty for the lists. I'm in as much as I can be - it's another busy week for me.

    Today I have
    - cooked tea in the SC [nom-nom]
    - stripped our bed and washed the bedlinen and some other bits
    - taken DH to SW and left him there; my friend very kindly brought him home because I had to go visiting
    - tidied downstairs
    - scrubbed the en suite
    - visited some folk who are even older than me and chatted with them for an hour
    - visited a Toddler Group family, had a cuddle with the new baby and played with the toddler while trying to hold a grown up conversation with their mum
    - took Rosie for a run in the woods
    - done QHI (church tablecloths )
    - finished off a piece of written work
    - planted broad bean, sugar snap, and sweet pea seeds in pots, indoors

    Quite productive :D

Off out this evening on a short study course (5 weeks). Not particularly keen to go, but there's a 3-line whip ;)

Pigpen I've done a few of the free short courses by Futurelearn and they were good, if you can find anything you fancy.
    Zumba am.
    Drum practise done.
I've spent an hour cleaning MIL's bathroom, following the rather startling news that they have sorted out a care package and she may be home by the weekend! We learnt this via the physio who dropped by as Mr N had asked to see the doctor - not seen one for a week - but doc too busy so physio was given blood test results etc. Then OT dropped by, she was glad she'd seen us as care package was arranged and they want to send men with equipment/aids on Thursday! Wonder when/ who anyone would have told us. Bit shellshocked really.
Went to Mr T on way home.
Cooked dinner while Mr N on 2nd visit.
Phone call from my mum to say my eldest step sis has just had 3 mini strokes.

Ahh thank you ATB my lovely, I was thinking about you. Just you keep putting one foot in front of the other ...

So .. you go to the doctors in pain and they refer you for an urgent scan (2.5 weeks). After the scan you have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks for the scan results to be passed to the doctor (who is in the same building). Then if you need referral to a consultant who knows how long you might have to wait? Good old NHS. And I know there are people worse off than me but I just want someone to make me better! Ah well.

Paid stuff done, our bed changed, two loads of washing hung out for a bit, two bedrooms tidied and dusted, everyone fed, DW on. Hob needed cleaning but it was still hot.

Someone needs to go out and pick DS2 up, hoping it isnt me. DH and DS1 have been at home all day doing very little. Oh sorry, DH did hoover bedrooms.

Narco you have got a lot going on, hope your step sis is OK.

It is very very windy here.

Another day spent trying to empty my parents’s back bedroom as dancepops has been declared medically fit so is being discharged on Thursday, as the care package arranged on his last discharge starts then or will be cancelled. I suspect he will struggle again and end up back in. They were going to send him to a recouperation place until they found out about the care company deadline.
I filled 2 cars but you can see no difference.
Million phones made and received about parents

    I’m exhausted
    Towels washed at home

Enormous (((hugs))) to Narc0, dancemum and everyone else caring for other people or just trying to keep their own head above water.

Course attended - very curate's egg. Some people have weird ideas, and anyway I never did get on with just audio input - I need images or text!

DH has left the hoover in the DR. I don't think he ever finished cleaning downstairs - I'll have to remind him tomorrow. One person that I was going to visit tomorrow has cancelled because they are ill. Can't say I'm sorry: I've got loads of other things to do.

I'm off to bed very soon, and hoping that I don't wake up with cramp in my legs again in the middle of the night :(
