Thanks for the concern we are equally cautious and also have a group email and extra security questions we ask before adding new members to the group.

Hmmm...I want to give you fair warning - I smell a rat with that poster who is not a 'newbie' (that much is obvious) and I could be wrong, but I just wouldn't add a stranger who is not a victim, to your group, not least because you don't need help.

I know Brown Trout shares my concerns...

If the poster is genuine he/she will share their 'skeleton' openly here. This is not a new poster by any stretch of the imagination:
BWL reference this in all their no stopping cases, together with Crutchley. It's important you distinguish the circumstances of the current cases from those in Crutchley and Ward. It shouldn't be too hard, given that the road in front of the Marriot is outside the bylaw perimeter, not subject to bylaws and is, in fact, a public road. (zoom in on the map provided in the Newcastle Airport website) Any inside the perimeter would be subject to bylaws and the alleged contravention was a breach of those bylaws. In the case of Crutchley and Ward, the alleged breach was contractual and thus distinguished. If you can distinguish, Crutchley and Ward become irrelevant.
Another 3 wins at Newcastle airport at South Shields County Court. I was helping with one case and submitted a skeleton. There were two other cases and judge decided to hear all three together. He used our skeleton to rule on all three - that there was no proof of contract between UKPP and Newcastle Airport and dismissed them all.

Someone who likes to think they know a lot about Scottish cases rings a bell here:

    My advice, from experience:

NEVER send a pm re parking charges to a new poster, and never pay a company to do anything for you, and never allow a lay rep who is new to this forum to attend your case.

Nothing personal; just that this industry attracts some lowlifes and you need to protect your group, even if a new poster is an altruistic angel - you just do not know.

Great - I know from experience that people on t'internet might not be who they purport to be in this parking fighting game, when they first approach you.

I can't add any more, I just know certain things and have personal experience.

Hooray, but what a waste of time for your all. Are the winners generally getting costs and what is the normal winning point, is there a single one?

They must have a really dodgy goalkeeper! And it looks like it isn't even halftime yet.

Lucky they haven't got that manager of Kosovo helping them out. Fuses blowing left, right and centre! :D
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
