Teal is my favourite colour f0xh0les - sounds amazing!
So, bagged another nsd yesterday and again today because I've been so busy again. I'm juggling a lot of different things again. It's good, but busy... Work is still 'challenging' and I'm very busy there.
Made a little PAD, chipping away at the debt as best I can still being in limbo but I'm working hard to get it sorted.
Not much else to report really. Same old stuff. Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

They checked my ears on Wednesday f0xh0les (and temp, blood pressure, chest, throat, pulse - they were taking it in turns to [play with me). I am wondering if it is something I am eating but not making any food matches so far, Usually it's only this bad for a day.
I do have a problem with one ear (have to use the phone with my other ear) and I am hopeless with fairground rides - can only cope with baby rides. Think it may be a combination of factors - sinuses have been blocked, temperature is up, may have been too slack with my diet (too much sugar or e numbers) just want it to go away.My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0 -
Really struggling with posting so far this month, not sure why. Up to 6 NSDs
and making a daily payment of at least £1 to the debt. Annual leave from work for the next 7 days (well pesky training course tomorrow to attend) so me and OH are planning to do a massive clear out while I'm off.
Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86
Mortgage overpayment savings - £3.33/£50

Hi all : :j Checking in to report another NSD for yesterday - making 3/15...will have to do very well for the rest of the month when we get back. No NSD today as we went out for another trip and had a small meal whilst out. However, everything else was free
- parking & walking in the grounds of the local National Park - 26,000 acres of it. I have to say I don't think we saw it all...well it started to rain heavily.
Just another full day and a half here then heading back, do miss the animals I have to say
Sending good wishes to all poorlies I hope you get better soon. And belated birthday wishes to dolly84 - can't believe they didn't remember. My problem was with Mother's Day when I got nothing, I ended up buying myself an expensive bag...that started a bit of a theme tbh...

Happy Birthday for the other day Dolly!
I don't have any more NSDs yet but today should be 5/15. Last weekend was very spendy and I discovered I've rinsed my monthly "fun" budget. i(my month ends 15th) knew this was happening but didn't want to tighten the purse strings as my sister was down from the UK and we were having fun.
Soooooo this week i will tighten the purse strings and I don't mind doing so. I weirdly quite enjoyed the last spend freeze :snow_laug we did in Dec/Jan so I am going to give one a go this week, if anyone wants to join you are welcome!!
So... to be accountable on here I am going to do a week's spending freeze starting from yesterday when I got my weekly shop. I have more than enough food in the house, including a mountain of vegetables and a huge jar of nutella and don't want for anything else.
That means I am also not drinking for this week (and intend to continue for a month but we will see how that goes)

f0xh0les - I often walk along a footpath that goes past what I always though was a cherry tree, but the air is so thick with the pollen that it smells like hawthorn - a fair few months early! Anyway, it made me think of you and wonder about your hayfever, so I'm sorry to hear it's started.
mothernerd - I get the dizziness thing, but on a much lesser scale than you. I find it minds I'm fighting something off, and that drinking lots and lots of water seems to help. Before becoming coeliac, I used to get a lot of sinus issues and found that bananas (!) and wheat-based produce made it worse, so I used to give them up for a few days. And since being coeliac - 11 uears now - I've hardly had any issues at all.
Shrewbie - good luck on the spending freeze. I saw the snowman smilie and thought you'd had snow over there!
Fmess - sorry you got my manic monday instead of me.
And a big thank you to all you lovely turtles who post and tell us how you are and what you're up to.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

No NSD yesterday as I had a pan of curried cod which needed put into freezer bags - only to find I didn't have freezer bags!! Anyway, I could have been doing with other bits and bobs too.
I don't anticipate I'll spend until Friday when the boys come down to visit.
Today will be NSD #70 -
Pouring with rain here today, it always amazes me how many children walk to school without a coat, I took mine all the way to the door today because of the weather but they still both have their coats for the walk through town on the way home.
Didn't run yesterday, cycled instead, it was very windy though which isn't so nice on a bike in heavy traffic.
NSD yesterday for a change, hopefully today will be too. I think I will apply for a couple of jobs and then look forward to hearing nothing back:( and do some cleaning.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
