The £ rose on the expectation of an emergency rise in BOEBR.  It has fallen again because this has not transpired.

PPS Anyway I'm off to cancel more RS standing orders...

I have 3 Regular Savers that are paying 2.5% (Halifax, Lloyds, Santander), but I will be keeping them open for now as they all allow access to my money.  I'm funding them from Chase so keeping them open is as easy as closing them.  I will also be getting 2.6% on my Skipton Tracker ISA from next week, but only until January, and a 2.5% RS might still be useful then.

Y - note I'm ceasing to add, not closing the acs...yet. But I'll guess it'll only be a matter of a short time 'cos LBG rarely vary the rates for existing RS accounts...

Could somone tell me where profit in the AL Rayan 2.10% Everyday Saver is paid to?

I'm assuaming it's retained within the account, as I cannot see details of my linked account (the account from which i funded the Al Rayan account) on their web portal.

It's just added back into your Al Rayan account.
