It seems Secure Trust are one of those nice banks that structure their application links very logically (only thing that changes is the issue number) and aren't very good at disabling old application links.

I applied for issue 11 last night despite it being NLA for a while, I received an email this morning telling me the account is now open, I deposited £1 and the correct interest rate of 4.98% gross (5.1% AER) along with my £1 deposit is now showing in online banking.

A quick glance seems to suggest all application links going back to issue 6 are still alive and well.

How did you do this - if I login the application from is from a drop down selection and I can’t see how to edit the link selected
or did you do it as a new customer and get another online profile ?

Secure Trust were one of the banks that I'd never had any accounts with so I just applied as a new customer. The links as a new customer are easy enough to alter, though it seems I'm unable to successfully alter the links as an existing customer.

Problems with Tandem - I withdrew my money over 24 hours ago and it hasn't arrived in my linked account. It's faster payments so should be instant or within 2 hours. There's a banner on the app saying they are experiencing delays with outgoing payments. Looking on social media - it seems a widespread problem with other Tandem users. Today they aren't answering the phone. This is worrying. I've got over 11k in limbo. Under banking regs they have until the end of today to make the transfer but in the past it's usually been within 2 hours.

My payment from yesterday has just gone through and just received an email saying they will pay me £25 for the delay..

I've been with Tandem less than a year. Can anyone tell me whether they publish a Consolidated Tax Certificate, roughly how long after the new tax year has started and where to find it in the app.

I've received notification text message on 6th April. Certificate of Interest was ready to view. You can access it in the 'profile' section.

Not sure what a "Consolidated" Tax Certificate is, the one certificate I can see via the app includes the sentence

Please note you may receive multiple certificates for different savings accounts you have held with us.

Ditto. Maybe it's personalised and you have to wait for the text?
