My payment from yesterday has just gone through and just received an email saying they will pay me £25 for the delay..

I've been with Tandem less than a year. Can anyone tell me whether they publish a Consolidated Tax Certificate, roughly how long after the new tax year has started and where to find it in the app.

I've received notification text message on 6th April. Certificate of Interest was ready to view. You can access it in the 'profile' section.

Not sure what a "Consolidated" Tax Certificate is, the one certificate I can see via the app includes the sentence

Please note you may receive multiple certificates for different savings accounts you have held with us.

Ditto. Maybe it's personalised and you have to wait for the text?

Plum does not provide them at all as I just learned when I contacted them. Not knowing which banks the money is stored with doesn't help either. Poor show imho.
