V good rate but disappointing admin. I have a Santander current account connected, used it dozens of times for deposits into and withdrawals from Tandem. Suddenly I can no longer use OB for deposits from Santander. Withdrawals to Santander still ok. CS no help.

I have a Santander current account connected to it, which I switched out over a year ago. Tandem state that apparently they cannot remove it from my list of connected accounts, even though it clearly cannot be connected any more. No idea what would happen if I tried to send money to that connected account!

If you would send money to the switched out Santander account it would be redirected to the account you switche too. I think there is a rather long time (3 years?) for which payments get redirected.
