I'm in the same boat - no letters received - but I did send a deposit - no idea where that is - I finally managed to contact them on the phone - and they need to talk to another dept and "will get back to me" - I won't hold my breath.jaceyboy said:

Just emptied Chip into Tandem, hopefully others have done the same and it will encourage them to up their rate.

I’ve had a look on the last few pages and haven’t noticed anyone mentioning that Cynergy have upped their easy access again to 4.30%. No limits on number of withdrawals so that is a good thing for me. Once again off to do the closing of old easy access and opening of new one!0
