Cov BS four access saver IIRC went NLA at 28/06 - rate went to 4.5 % at 07/07 - and AFAIK it's not available to new applicants.
Are you saying you can apply as an existing customer? 

ETA Issue2 is available to existing customers. Unsure if open to all atm.

@soulsaver, that is correct and that was for the four access saver online. Now they have launched issue 2. Couldn't see it on the website but @MikeJXE confirmed it is there when you're logged in. I've got now issue 1 NLA and the new issue 2. 

In recent months, the NLA issues always got a proportionally higher rate increase compared to the current issues available.

It's now also showing on Moneyfacts so guess it will be open to all and they have just not updated the website yet.

Hmm. Click on the 'Apply' link when not logged in and it takes you to 'page not found'.
It may work later today; but It does work when logged in - I successfully opened one in addition to the Issue#1 I already hold.

I confirm it does work when logged in - I also just opened a joint account of the Coventry 4.5 % four access saver.
