To the best of my knowledge, as of today, nobody has received any vouchers, not even those who are making just one switch.

You can switch multiple times into the same account but you have to make such switches sequentially as they can't cope with more than one switch into one account at the same time. For the rest, please refer to the T&Cs and the FAQ.

I opened a 'donor' account with Halifax last Sunday, received the Debit card this morning. Have already got the necessary referral code. How long is a sufficient length of time before I apply to Santander to switch this account to them?

Has anyone experienced any difficulty in trying to submit a request for their Amazon gift. I input my URN but it stays highlighted in red and doesn't seem to be recognised?

Did you include FSWI in the URN? It needs to be 18 characters in total.

Did you cut and paste it? Is there a stray space at the beginning or end? If there is delete the space and it will turn from red to black. Worked for me!

Did anyone who has claimed their vouchers actually get any confirmation over and beyond the message "Your details have now been sent", followed by some standard text that actually refers to requesting referral codes?

No just the page you've attached. I did the same and took a screen shot as proof.
