On Friday, after waiting 2 days with no vouchers arriving, i phoned the dedicated help number which is a 3rd party company (simply thank you) who issue the vouchers/codes. Was told that i had done everything correct and they were waiting for Santander to do their 'checks', so basically have to sit and wait for Santander to pull their fingers out.0

Just for confirmation, can I ring Santander and ask to switch 5 accounts from other banks, all in one go, and still qualify for the 5 lots of incentives?
Incidentally, do not bother telephoning "our dedicated Refer a Friend team on 01325 390839" as they are unable to answer anything but the most basic query, which you will easily find in the FAQs and terms. They are a third party called Simply Thank You and administer incentives on behalf of corporations0 -

Well I for one am happy to confirm that you can indeed ring Santander and ask them to switch 5 accounts and get 5 lots of incentives - whether they will do it or not is another matter....0

I called the Refer a Friend team (01325 390839) to ask about the vouchers as it's been over a week since I had put in a request and I had heard nothing more. I was told they can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, and they're supposed to arrive by email.0

Please could I ask a question of those further along the switch process than me. My switch was to be completed yesterday, money is transferred, but I am expecting a letter saying the switch is complete. Should I wait for the letter to arrive before making a claim for the Amazon voucher, or could I do it today?

I received an email confirming my switch was complete on the day it was supposed to complete. It would probably be sensible to wait for that, but it seems claims are not being processed very quickly so I doubt it will make much difference.
Thanks, I found the email. I thought it would be a snail mail letter. And I have now claimed the vouchers :j:j0
