Yes I have just had £77.20 credit put on mine, worked it out roughly on paper to be around £80, so that will do for me.0
-
Same here, credit received which is pretty close to my own calculation of what was due.0

I've just got £133.96 credited and my calc is £131.23 so I'm quite happyNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers1

Although my meter appears to have re-smarted itself, it's not being shown on the EoN dashboard so I've done it myself.
It's a lot easier to send in a monthly reading and make sure that your bills are up to date than to hope that the smart meter is sending it's info back and then getting a ginormous catch-up bill because either it wasn't or because they weren't using it.
Entirely up to you of course but I prefer to be in control rather than leaving it up to someone else and hoping that it'll sort itself out.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
Pretty sure their system can handle customer read and smart meter read readings at the same time, as long as they are all sequential.0

I can only look on in envy and I am hoping the £30 Symbio they owe me will be refunded sometime in the not too distance future. I know the closing figures have been validated and just waiting for the final bill,0

I've just got my final bill from Symbio. They've "claimed" about 200 more units than they should have, but I'm happy to pay Symbio at 12.7p rather than Eon at 21p for them!
My £114 credit has been transferred onto my Eon account and Eon have used the same opening figure as Symbio's closing figure despite the error.
All done and dusted. I have set up a DD with Eon but no monies taken yet.1 -
wittynamegoeshere said: Full marks to Eon for managing to actually make sense of the complete mess that Symbio created.Nowt to do with EOn it'll be the Administrators of the failed Symbio who did that, but unconvinced they've done it all correctly.I, too, have just had my Symbio final bill from one of the two Administrators and they seem almost as incompetent as Symbio.
They want a couple of quid off me as they've used the 31st October reading I submitted to them (for fun) as the closing 2nd October figure. I noticed that E.On also changed their opening, 3rd October, figure to that reading from the one I gave to both on the 4th.
I'm happy as I've had cheaper leccy.
Now to see if the E.On bill gets generated with the incorrect tariff as (like matelodave) I set up a DD asap, but the first one goes out tomorrow.
If necessary surely one can 'push' a FP to EON Next using one's account number as the reference? EOn next now appear in my HSBC bank account's Company Payees lists. Or use one of the other methods here https://www.eonnext.com/help/bills-and-paymentsemmajones1976 said: Fancy asking them if they are going to start accepting debit card payments online for ex-Symbio customers anytime soon?
