My end of February actual reading is still not even up to their original end of January estimate.

We're just 23kWh over the Jan estimate at the end of Feb!
EDIT: Their estimate for today's (29 Feb) reading will be reached around 24 March, but that's mainly because they ignored the end of Jan reading and so didn't re-sync their estimating start point.
Will somewhat devilishly submit a reading just after midnight tonight to see if that triggers free units or gets ignored as per this month's email reminder.

I think I must be one of the lucky ones.  I started with Symbio on 19th September 2019 and to date (29th February) I have used 3856kWh.  I have been charged £480.60 for that period, which is more or less correct based on the 11.678p/kWh and 17p/day standing charge.
So no complaints from me - so far.

I've only been with Symbio since last August but just applied to switch to 'Green', finally had enough of their stupid billing system.
After protesting about their ridiculous January bill of £102.04 they agreed to a fixed DD of £48.00 pm so what did they bill me in Feb' ....£26.79 !!!
I've just worked out that from 20/08/19 when I switched to them until  29/02/20 I have paid £54.25 more for energy and daily SC than I have used, so much for their billing system which supposedly never sees you in credit or debit for more than I month.
You e-mail them and they just do not appear to listen!!!  Goodbye Symbio....... I wish I could say it was nice while it lasted.... but it really wasn't.

I left Symbio on the 7th February and sent them my final meter readings on the same day. On the 14th February received an estimated final bill for £10.07p. The next day I had an email from Customer Services saying
"We understand that an estimated final bill was sent to you earlier since we did not have an actual change of supplier reading. We have now processed the correct meter readings to our billing team. A revised final bill will be sent to you in another 8-9 working days"
It took them 8 days to read and reply to my email and I still haven't received the revised final bill. They owe me over £50.
