I have
- cleaned the bathroom
- S&S'd the kitchen
- tidied the LR
- moved some more papers off my desk

Today is DH's birthday so we shall be going out for lunch while the temperature is above freezing - more snow is forecast for this evening, and I won't be driving in those conditions.

No flying here for the last couple of days. I've been feeling rough, had work in York yesterday and generally CBA. Will also not be taking the dogs out today as it can't be good for their paws when it's -4.


So all I've done so far is banking and paperwork and one work shift. Going to have lunch now and then read the paper before the next shift.

Passing by while I have minutes peace.. twinkle been a turd this morning but us now napping do hopefully she will wake up human again!!

Loads of painting still to do but waiting for the plaster to dry still.. it’s bed. Over a week so far!!

Today has been Vaguely productive..

7x WM
3x DW
TD on twice
2 dry loads folded
2 wet loads hung to dry
2 more loads just finished while I was eating. So I will do those shortly.
OH sandwiched and sent to work
Recycling out three times!
Maggot bin emptied and washed.

Going to the bathroom then swapping the huge SC for the small one and flinging corned dog in for dinner later.

Dd2 sorted for Christmas.. just another 20 people to do!!

Back room coming on nicely.. waiting for plaster before I can finish it now and OH has some bearing for the window frames which I might fix myself and skirting to do on the chimney breast.. I have 2 coat hooks to put back up too and a new smoke alarm.

Anyway.. love and hugs and sedating bones fit BDs and antibac for the germish ones .. xxxx

I have broken a thumb nail, I am not happy it takes me ages and ages to grow them so that is now 3 that are short again.

House guest is snoring in a chair
Cat is upside down asleep on a cushion.

I'm in side today and keeping warm

Afternoon all,

This week has been busy and my anxiety has been awful. My main concern is around money (what's new). At least I get paid soon and there is some overtime money to come.

Not working today but been busy:
- emails sent for DH
- took delivery of logs and stacked them
- swept and generally tidied garage
- long dog walk
- laundry put away
- visited market for F&V

School run soon, DD is having a friend for tea and I need to pop to the shops for (beige) dinner supplies and get some bread from the bakery.

Well just sitting with a cuppa trying to pay BT for a new phone line we are having, but just being passed round the houses, it’s so frustrating when I want to pay them money ��

I have currently cleaned bathroom sink and wiped windowsill
Emptied and Zoflora’d bathroom bin.

Once I have finished on phone I will do HHC if anyone wants to join...

I plan to
Put on towels to wash
Clean hob
Empty recycling
Wipe kitchen sides and appliances
Wipe door fronts

Just put DS down for a nap in his room so I darent hoover landing or bathroom yet! Think his first teeth are on their way because he is very upset with rosy red cheeks, poor lil fella.

Was going to walk dogs, but decided just too chilly for them today, they are asleep on sofa so I don’t think they mind ��

Thanks for the HHC prompt you got me out of my slovenly slump :j

I am messy..even when i tidy :rotfl: so super effort to tidy up after myself

Ok achieved:

Quick tidy round living room and put everything in its place (book on shelf , folded throw, paperwork in action file, pens in pen pot, cup in dishwasher)

Empty dishwasher put away, put away stuff drying on draining board , restack DW .

S/S kitchen and quick swish of hob.

Heated microwave pet pad for scaredy outdoor cat put in his garage bed

vacc living room, hall and kitchen (put vacc cleaner away!)

food prepped in oven , waiting for DH to call to tell me when hes nearing end of horrible commute and i can switch on (usually 18.00)

iron x 2 shirts (put ironing board away)

recycling to outside bins (trying to keep on top of daily)

drink water (following headache lifestyle advice)

candles on to cosy up living room, coffee cups ready for when exhausted DH comes in from nightmare motorway commute

Happy with that.

Looks like we might escape the snow but -7 this morning was bad enough. Lots of paid stuff, tough gym class, roast dinner cooked and eaten. DH off work unpaid because of the weather, we are doing a major financial overhaul at the minute, some hard truths need to be faced.

Roll on weekend. DS1 away at GFs so will be quiet here.

Hugs ATB my anxiety is having a right flare up and the bloomin weather isn’t helping much..
Few bits & dailies done
Fixed my inner door, catch part fell out in the week:eek: New one now in, even charged my drill batteries for next time.:T
Been catching up on a few TV progs with lots of warm drinks.

Already on edge about my DS1 having to drive to work at 4am.. its not far yet its making me anxious :mad: bleedy stinky snow!
Here’s hoping it melts double quick & does one..
