The tricky bit is you need to soak the marks which is not easy. Try soaking some kitchen roll in white vinegar and then sticking it to the marks like wall paper. Leave it for 30 - 60 mins then hopefully it'll wipe off. May take more than one attempt depending on how heavy the marks are.0

I no longer have a cleaner and am going to have to put on my marigolds. The one job I hate is cleaning the shower screen and tiles, etc.
What products would you recommend? Any tips gratefully received.0 -
The shower glass - I use vinegar (white) with lemon juice (lovely smell) and the tiles I just dry them with a cloth (mine tend not to get dirty - I dry them once / twice a week), if the grout is dirty I use a tooth brush with bleach. With the cord I either use bleach on a cloth or borax diluted in a bit of water.0

Get a shower spray that you use every day after showering ,it stops the build up of water marks etc.0

The water where I live is very hard. I use a squeegy on the screen and tiles after every shower. It really helps stop the calcium deposits, then it only needs as quick once over with a cheap bathroom cleaner weekly (I don't like stardrops/vinegar for this job)0

Great thanks. These tips are helpful - the shower spray seems like a good idea. I am thinking little and often is the answer to this cleaning business.0

I use 50% water, 50% white vinegar in a spray bottle and spray and leave for a little and then wash it off, also use a squidgy too, just got a new one actually from house of fraser with my £5 voucher - bargain. Might try the lemon too, as above, as vinegar smells a little on its own. I never use the chemical sprays anymore since watching kim and aggie, who wants to breathe in those unknown chemicals.Food and Smellies Shop target £50 pw - managed average of £49 per week in 2013 down to £38.90 per week in 20160
