I may get thrown off of here for saying this but I had let my shower screen get really manky - I had some cillit bang (have had it in the cupboard from pre mse days) it worked a treat. I only used it the once and now keep on top of the screen using white vinegar weekly. We live in a very hard water area.0

I have finally replaced my manky old shower curtain with a nice glass shower screen.
What is the best (cheapest) way to keep these clean. It is already looking a bit streaky. I have seen sparays that claim to stop you having to clean the glass but doubt they work. Or do they?Thank you for this site :jNow OH and I are both retired, MSE is a Godsend0 -
Hi Muppet81,
There's an earlier thread with lots of tips on cleaning shower screens that should help so I've added your post to it to keep the suggestions together.

Shower screen seems to have heavy limescale marks that seem impossibble to remove. Marks are like long streaks, have tried vinegar and lots of other supermarket cleaners but nothing seems to clear it completely. Any ideas please?Jan Grocery challenge

Make your own bathroom cleaner in a spray bottle by using a mix of 1/3 water, 1/3 Stardrops and 1/3 white vinegar. It should get them off easily when sprayed on and them rubbed off with a microfibre cloth.0
