car polish is great once you have gotten it clean
it stops soap build up etc
and if you polish your mirrors in the bathroom with it, it stops it steaming up0 -
I use the green stardrops, spray it on, leave it for 10 minutes, wipe it off with a dry cloth, brilliant, gets rid of all the stuff on tiles too.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
I'm not a great one for expensive cleaning products but for showers I swear by Lakelands shower clean. It's brilliant!0

I have read this post with great interest as our glass shower enclosure has a build up of soap scum, i have tried the following without success.
Although it is better than when i started it is far from satisfactory.
White vinegar, Cillet bang shower cleaner, Harpic limescale remover the one in the black bottle, Astonish oven cleaner the one in the blue container, Cif cream cleaner, Cif glass and stainless steel cleaner, car polish, car paint work scratch remover.
So anyone offer me any more help before i loose all the skin on my finger tips,:(:(0 -
Try limelight, brilliant stuff!Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j
If all else fails, remember, keep calm and hug a spaniel!0 -

Okay folks, i have looked at the glass again and run my fingers down the glass, it is squeaky clean but on closer inspection it looks like the glass has what i can only describe as an orange peel effect all over it, so if this is not limescale anyone know what it may be and how to get rid of it?0
