Looks like you have been squeezed till there is no more to come out.

What was the put the house on the market discussion like.
I feel that is a point of no return.

Check what is needed to do the buyout so you have that as a back stop, (no need to let on you have done it)

DO NOT MOVE OUT,

There will be no incentive for a sale if she gets it to herself with you still paying the bills.
