Weight Loss the Old Style Way Part 11

Good evening all,
No running today as I've pulled a muscle in my calf. I have managed to keep busy and fairly active though, which is good. I'm going to start painting the hall, stairs and landing tomorrow so I'd say that's a few more days of "busy".
zafiro I'm glad you're home and ok. My sister swells up like that after she's flown anywhere so it probably is water retention. If you have any physio exercises to do then make sure that you do them. The only people that I know that have had problems are the ones that didn't do the exercises.
debbiedodge there's five weeks left in this challenge including this one.
Rose Wood do you want me to record your weight as +4? I seem to recall that you recorded a couple of losses the first week so I'm not sure when your weigh day is.
Take care all of you0 -

Hi everybody , I hated putting on 3 lbs last week after being on holiday but it has made me really strong about losing it this week . So I’ve been weighing my food and counting calories and really enjoying all I’ve eaten . Been swimming today and two dog walks every day - hope it works this week . Keep at it the 3+ club and everyone else who is struggling . Well done to those who have lost weight .0

Evening All
Popping in with a small -1/2 less than hoped for but not to worry new week and today I did the first run in my first week of the c25k!! Wasn't as bad as I'd thought, I know it's only 60 sec of running but I was pleased that I'd finally made a start. Was not prepared for how cold it was this morning (I went out at 6) on Wednesday when I do run 2 I must remember gloves!
B porridge, splash of milk, berries
L campfire stew,apple
D rice with veg and chicken.
S cereal bar and maybe a yoghurt in a minute.'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Hi Cranky, I usually weigh on a Friday so you can leave me off the list as having gained and I'll update on Friday. I started at 9st 12 so will let you know the difference from that then, to keep the records straight. Thank you. I just thought I'd better acknowledge the gain as I'd been avoiding the scales. With it being water weight I'm hoping some will have gone again by this Friday.

Hi everyone,
Feeling completely exhausted today. Think I'm overdoing it a bit. Had a day off yesterday and felt like I had to make the most of it. So it was a 16 mile bike ride, ride on my horse, 3 hrs gardening, a tip trip and 4 loads of laundry. This was on top of my existing daily chores at the stables. I've woken up this morning feeling like I've been run over by a bus...
Been sneakily stepping on the scales and there is a definite downward trend, however I think I need to be careful otherwise I'll end up making myself ill.
Supposed to have a gym class tonight, but in two minds as to whether I'll actually go... Also having a lot of cravings - not for junk, but for fruit and veg. I think my body is sending me clear messages and I need to listen to them!
Today:
B: 2 weetabix and s/s milk
L: Ham and lettuce thin, pom bear crisps, clementine
T: spag bol
Snack: 3 rich tea biscuits.
I think I might go to the supermarket on my lunch break and see what I can find to have in addition. I'm thinking some extra fruit and maybe a yoghurt...
It's a fine balance. I'm getting so much fitter and stronger and it's a great feeling, but it's easy to do too much...Sealed pot challenge 11: number 5940 -
