Both my Barclays and Santander Accounts Are Under Review

Hello. Last night, I found out that my barclays aco!!!!s have been frozen and are under review. I called them and was transferred to the fraud department. No information has been given and the only thing I've been told is that it takes 10 working days to resolve. My wages and child benefit are paid into the barclays account. Then I tried to log on my Santander mobile app and I got an error message that my access is blocked! I called them up this morning (since they don't have a 24-hour customer service facility) and I was told that my account is under review! Again, no more information was given. My tax credits are paid into the Santander account and one payment is to be paid in on Thursday. The Santander rep told me to take identification to the bank on thursday with proof of benefits to retrieve the tax credits but unfortunately, i will still have no access to my accounts.

I'm baffled because I haven't done any dodgy transactions. The last transaction I did was to move money from Barclays to my Santander. I pay for shopping online or in shops. Don't do extravagant spending. I don't know why this is happening after being with the banks for so long.

I'm so worried now because I've got no money and I have children to feed. I've been scouring the forums and it has made me feel more anxious. I don't know what to do. Plus, my wages will be paid end of month and reading from some of similar posts, it looks like 10 working days is a line the customer service loosely throw out to distressed customers.

I'm also in the process of looking for another accommodation and this is not helping at all.
