On the note of "In n Out" burger, if your feeling hungry, ask for a 3x3 ! :D
1st time i asked for the "secret menu" style stuff, i asked for 2 x 4 cheeseburger, thinking it would be 4 patties + 2 cheese slices.....
i got 2 burgers and cheese overload :D:D:D (with chillis on the base bun!).

Carl's Jnr do some pretty dam good burgers too! and yeah, if things keep going south with the Forex, i will be onto the $ saver menu by the time we get there ! (end Sep)

On the note of clothes shopping:
Any of you guys notice how the new clothes shrink by the time you get home ?
ie: I tried on new clothes in the RL stores at the beginning of the trip last month, they fit "ok" kinda ;);) , but when i got home after the holiday, they felt a bit snug ?!!!
I assumed it was down to the pressure in the cargo hold on the plane ? Surely its got nothing to do with going to Hooters on a Tuesday where its buy 10, get 10 wings free (rainbow blvd), or famous Daves big slab (st louis ribs), or ellis island full rack, or In N Out, etc etc etc !! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D;)

A few fast food items which are available in the USA but not widely available in Britain:

Breakfast biscuits: scones cut in half, with the same choices of filling as Egg McMuffins etc. Carl's Jr/Hardees are particularly good.

Roast beef sandwiches: hamburger rolls filled with numerous (and I mean numerous!) layers of thin slices of roast beef. Arby's are the best known chain for these.

Mexican fast food: Americanised Mexican isn't authentic, but you might like it anyway. There are several chains such as Taco Bell (who also have a few locations in Britain), Taco Time and Del Taco. Most chains do tacos, burritos, nachos and in some cases chalupas, quasadillos, etc.

If you've got a car, Sonic offer an experience which can't be had in Britain. It's a drive-in fast food chain where the food is bought to your car.

An excellent reminder that you can't get good food in America!

Those breakfast biscuits look very tasty.

But, I can't see the point of those roast beef sarnies. The Mirage has a cafe that did something similar, but with ham, and Mr Dontone ordered one, but couldn't eat half of the filling. It just seems a waste to me.

Personally, I want this country to introduce Panda Express. I love their Orange Chicken.
BEST EVER WINS WON IN ORDER (so far) = Sony Camcorder, 32" lcd telly, micro ipod hifi, Ipod Nano, Playstation 3, Andrex Jackpup, Holiday to USA, nintendo wii, Liverpool vs Everton tickets, £250 Reward Your thirst, £500 Pepsi, p&o rotterdam trip, perfume hamper, Dr Who stamp set, steam cleaner.

Resort fees up again this month. I think they will soon kill the golden goose.

truely annoying, but if visitors are continuing to go and continue to pay i can see why they would try this on !

IMO ( whatever its worth)the only way casinos will reduce or stop resort fees is for visitor numbers to DROP alot like drop by 50%
will this happen? unlikely I'm sure ,so i guess the resort fees will continue to be there.I know alot of people do budget for this but even so it is annoying !

you could argue that if visitor numbers drop , resort fees would have to rise.

revenue from gambling is on the decline, so I guess thats one reason the fees keep going up
