Quick Mobile Fix -- are they scammers?

My Son ordered iphone from them, paid £400 no delivery after the promised 7 days, various email excuses about quality control checks on the phone he ordered. After 3 weeks I went to their premises(which has all signage removed, so they obviously do not want anyone knowing where they are) would not let me in, spoke through intercom to so called customer service who promised phone was next on the bench and would be sent out in 2 days. Surprise, no phone, no response to further emails. My son paid with his visa debit card, we raised a resolution with Santander and they credited his money back in 7 days, WELL DONE SANTANDER.
QUICK FIX MOBILE SHAME ON YOU. Company run by a self confessed Nigerian ebay millionaire Ken Emechebe. YES THEY ARE SCAMMERS

The worst company I have ever come across. Advertised stock on their website then happily took my money and failed to deliver. Ignored repeated requests for information / updates. Ignored a recorded delivery letter. I had to get Citizens Advice Bureau and now Trading Standards are involved. Also - their chat window is non-existent and if you ring the obscure and hard to find phone number for them, you get a recorded message (which I wouldn't be surprised if they are scamming money from) telling to use the non-existent chat window! They ended up cancelling my order 2 months after taking it (with no explanation) and holding onto my money for a further 2 weeks after that (with no explanation) before finally issuing a refund. I actually considered phoning the police about this company at one point. When I enquired about compensation for my stress, wasted time, their failure to deliver their side of the contract, and for holding my money for so long, they simply refused. My advice is, under no circumstances go anywhere near them. As I say, I am an experienced business person and I have never come across any worse behaviour from a company than from this one.

Yes, they most certainly are! I bought a phone from them for my daughter's birthday. It arrived 3 weeks later, and not in anyway in the condition described. I sent it back and was promised a refund within 14 working days. 5 Weeks later, and I am still waiting. The company basically ignores you if you try to contact them. I have tried Email, Twitter and Facebook. Their phone number seems to have been removed. I have reported them to Trading Standards and am now proceeding with a chargeback, as I paid on my Debit Card (really wished i'd used a credit card).

This company are despicable, anyone who has not yet used them and were thinking about it - please don't.

This company are terrible, still waiting on refund more than 8 weeks after order was cancelled. Paid by credit card, I have never had to try to get money back before, do I just call my card company and tell them I want to make a section 75 claim or is there something else I should do? Does anyone have a physical address for them I can actually go to? I cant seem to find anything.

I had a similar experience
My son ordered phone, paid and it wasn't delivered. They argued over delivery then promised refund on 20/11. ( phone ordered August) still no refund No response from emails and impossible to contact via non existent chat option on website and phone doest give option to leave message or talk to anyone. They appear to be scammers from other reviews. My son did an early morning paper round for 4 maths to save up for this phone.. Dishonest and unfair

At least that address exists. I wouldn't have been surprised if they had used a fake address.

I sent a phone for repair on 29/11 and after 14 days they asked for extra money , which I paid immediately. I still havenet got phone back. I asked them to return it if it is not repaired as I go away in 2 weeks. They dont reply. I once got on a chat (you cannot ring them) and they cut me off. They wont reply to my emails What can i do ?

Yes they are scammers. I've had no end of trouble with them and had to go down the small claims route to get my £50 back for a repair they took money for but never actually did. They didn't reply to my emails until I took legal action. Do not use them!
