Quick Mobile Fix -- are they scammers?

Probably the worst company ever - Scammers almost certainly. Made huge mistake of trying to buy a phone off them just now and have waited patiently but no phone - no answer to queries etc. Nothing. Cancelled and now black listing this company on our blog. Need to be closed down asap.

Hello they most definitely are scammers from my experience. Phone took weeks to arrive. Stopped working quickly and when sent back to them for repair they held it for weeks then said warranty was void. They still ja e the phone. They are total crooks and the police should investigate them

I'm sure asking the police to do anything at all will be as bad an experience as the original one. It's a laughable suggestion; or maybe you have a rose-tinted view of the police as you must have done with the company.

Still waiting for a refund from them, I returned my faulty phone to them in July. Phone lines closed, online chat no response, Facebook group messages not approved. No reply to emails. I have finally had a reply saying a refund will be given in 14 working days but I’m not holding my breath.
Currently arranging a chargeback through the bank.

Don’t touch these people with a barge pole, they are completely untrustworthy. Took order and money, quoted delivery within 7 days, three weeks later no delivery and no replies to emails. Chargeback instigated via credit card company, 😡

Just an update to say I’m still waiting for the refund, it didn’t arrive after the 14 days was up but I did get another email saying it’s on its way, yeah right, it’s only been two and a half months 😂. Sent the chargeback forms off today

Please stay away from them. Too unprofessional and complete waste of time. They should also remove the word 'Quick' from their name as there is nothing quick about them. I ordered iPhone 7 on the 21st of September but as at 7th of October they are yet to dispatch the phone and could not tell me when the phone would be dispatched. I had to cancel the order based on the alternative they gave to me via email. Having cancelled the order they advised payment would be made within 14 days.......14 days t process payment in this day and age????? As at now refund is yet to be processed......please stay away from them.

Total scammers, please don't send them your phone for repair, my experience is as per others on here, no meaningful communication, no phone returned, nothing, avoid.

Though I'm not laughing!

I ordered a phone on 16th August, for which the money was taken immediately from my account. They did not deliver the phone within the specified time, and when I followed up I got fobbed off with 'needs further testing' after which they simply ignored my emails. I cancelled the order and purchased a phone elsewhere, and when it arrived weeks later, I returned it immediately. Through all of this, they ignored all my emails. I have now been waiting for a month following the return of the phone for my refund. In total, they have had my money for over 4 months and I have had nothing from them but grief, and the worst customer service I have EVER had. Despite threatening legal action, I continue to wait and chase.

To say this company has the words 'Quick' and 'Fix' in their name would be hilarious if it wasn't so utterly infuriating. I only wish I'd read the reviews before making the purchase.

I sincerely hope that this goes some way to deterring other consumers from dealing with this company.
