Can't phone them beanie they are spending a lot of the working days with a patients details on the screen while using their mobiles to speak to the manufacturer or supplier .They keep being given dates which don't happen. Would be easier if I could phone but I'm going by the dates they tell me they will have the med to collect which so far isn't happening.
They will only deliver signed for and dd has a lot of appts which mean we are often out. I've been trying to combine picking up yet another steroid with seeing if the antiviral has turned up.
I spent a lot of time online reading the long list of meds pharmaccists can't get at the moment. Problems began shortly before that prescription was handed in.
DD is back with her Dr on Monday and I'm already aware some of her repeats aren't avaiable when we put the prescriptions in.
The meds she is on took her from wheelchair to crutches then a stick over the years and helped control many of her symptoms along with physio. That is no longer the case. Another worry is 2 meds for her mental health are now a problem. She's losing toenails and the psoriasis is the worst it's ever been without the MTX. So her mental wellbeing is affected by that. She's in constant viral and post viral state . One of her meds for MH was a huge gamechanger for the exteme anxiety , ptsd etc and if that's not available on Monday she'll be back at square one.

I am having trouble with my Hormone Patches. The pharmacy can't get them here either. Everything seems to have gone to pot.
Fingers crossed it gets sorted fast. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
There's been quite a lot of publicity about HRT Ss. It's on the long lists of impossible or difficult to obtain prescription meds. There are oncology meds and many others. It makes me wonder why this was ever allowed to happen and risk peoples physical and mental health. All I can suggest is having a word with your GP if you haven't already. Sometimes there's something similar but a lot of meds are affected and of course you'll have to adjust to something different which isn't ideal.
I really hope things aren't so full on and stressful at the moment. When you speak of pushing yourself harder please stop and consider if it's wise to do so at that moment. Sometimes a little rest when possible makes it easier to keep going.
It's been a few hard years for you and I wish you'll soon see a positive conclusion for all your efforts.

Morning, from the house of bedlam!
Small people don't seem to want to sleep past 5.30 no matter what time they are going to bed.
I have tried to keep them upstairs so Dad can sleep but I have given up at 7am and come down.
Your probably very right about not pushing myself but I am worried that my business is going to collapse if I don't find a way to be consistent with the work load.
I do need a wage after all and I have the loan for the cabin to pay. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
No wise words I'm afraid about the early risers. I understand your worries about the business and the need to earn money but I'm worried about you pushing yourself too hard. hb2 has spoken a number of times about that elastic band being stretched beyond it's limits and I'm sure our other friends here are worried too. You are only human and can't keep driving yourself so hard all the time.
I'm on my way out but hope to catch up this evening.

Took your advice and had a day at home today. Molly came to see me and we had a couple of hours putting the world to rights, and while the house was quiet I watched a couple of NCIS programmes I had recorded.
I am cooking a spaghetti bolognese for tea.
And will read etc tonight. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0
