    Brain overload this morning.
Where to begin, what will be the most productive.
Will I find out today what the social Assessment will be or will I be in Limbo for further months?
I need to be at work, I need to be home,
I need to clear the clutter and the recycling wasn't emptied again!
Getting frustrated and it's only just after 7.30
I have already tried my hypnosis.
Let DS get off his !!! and get up with the children.
    I need focus.
    I need plans.
    I need a miracle today.

I am on my own. Social have forced me to evict my son immediately. The drug test showed use in March and still on going use to cannabis traces. So if he stays they threaten that I am not caring for Dgd if I allow him to live here, and also that they will only let me be a carer for the children if he is not living here. I expected eventually but not immediately.
I don't know what I am going to do. I couldn't go into work, suddenly I cannot leave my son alone with the children and I am broken.

    I am totally broken.

Oh mooloo, how sad. This must have come as a bit of a shock.

I think it's terrible that they've forced you to evict him immediately when they've been happy for him to be there for months. Social services have left children in a lot worse situations. He was helping look after them, this has left you in a right pickle, mainly emotionally. Would biggest be able to care for them while you sort the shop out? Return the favour for you looking after her kids?

This might seem ridiculous but could your son stay in your cabin temporarily until some things sorted, he's not living in the house then.

    Thinking off you Xx.

Oh Mooloo - what a heart-breaking situation. However, you will get through this and it might (finally) be the wake-up call DS needs about his behaviour. Is it possible he could lodge with eldest temporarily - although I know things are difficult in her relationship at the moment?
Wish I could offer you some comfort but I know words aren't really enough at the moment.

    Aw Moo,

    words fail me,

if ss say his drug test was positive in March, why has it been ok until August?,

I wonder if this was a sneaky plan they had all along, knowing that you would care for the little ones,

my great nephew and his partner use cannabis, they are under ss, they have both their kids with them (one disabled),ss know they smoke it all the time.

Whatever their reasoning it it grossly unfair to to this with no notice at all, have they offered you support as they know you are closing the shop?.

I just dont know what to say except I am thinking of you and sending you big hugs and I hope things improve for you.
  • The drug test showed use in March and still on going use to cannabis This says ongoing unfortunately he has obviously not stepped up to the plate for his children this is the saddest thing he has had plenty of opportunity and as this is now going to court they will have had no option I did wonder the other day when the children caused so much destruction if dad had been too chilled out to keep a close watch . What will happen now? I honestly feel that you need to re evaluate your situation you will be alone looking after these children 24 hrs a day you are struggling now despite the small amount of help from your son your holiday is soon might it be for the best if the 2 boys went to foster care till your return to give you some breathing space?
