Hope all going ok
Sorry, yes all was okay. I spent the day sorting and pulling stuff long hidden away out of the cupboards upstairs in the workshop. I was backwards and forwards to the charity shop with bags of curtains and bedding that I had been horsing to make thermal cooking bags and tote bags etc.
But it was time to be realistic. I am never going to be making that many, certainly not in the foreseeable future.
I also found shoes and evening wear from when I had the second hand clothes section.
I may try to sell them and get a little money for them, but I will donate them if they don't sell in a week because I really want to clear up before the holiday in a couple of weeks.
And also because I will be having minor surgery on my leg a few days after I get back.
Unfortunately the last dose of Hedrin didn't do the job and we spent the evening treating everyone for headlice again. Poor Dgd was mortified. It took a while to do her hair as it is so thick and so long.
It means showers and combing again this morning and all the bedding will need to be washed along with all the towels.
I have had my shower, time to organise the troups next.
I have my first appointment with a solicitor this morning.
Then as usual my day is filled with babysitting duties, food shopping and I have about 20 pairs of Trousers to shorten. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

I've been offline while the two family techies tried to bring my beloved Dell back to life. I have been climbing the walls since my last post. New hard drive and parts have finally done the trick although we're still waiting for a new fan. Original Dell parts are pretty hard to come by now so it's taken a while.
I've been dragged kicking and screaming to W8 from 7 but youngest has spent today making 8 look like 7 if you know what I mean.
I haven't read back properly yet but want to wish you a very belated happy birthday Mooloo and wish you a positive year ahead . Good luck tomorrow.
Thankfully after a problem logging in to mse the problem was solved by the forum team so I keep my Glasgow Rose.
Take care all - hope things are ok with you beanie.
I'll catch up tomorrow.
Sleep tight

Time for bed.
Somehow between solicitor meeting, babysitting, shop collections, a two hour social visit and babysitting again I have managed to sew £180 worth of work.
I have been wasting time chatting with a few friends on line for the past hour and I really need to get some sleep before baby's wake up and the alarm tomorrow and my schedule tomorrow is full again.
Night all. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0
