Decluttered 2 more bags from the house back up to work:T And I've also made a list of items that I wont need to buy for next september alreadyI've far too much stuff for work, working in a school is dangerous when you want to buy so much stationary
So I've got my money saving hat on and have got an old pencil case and filled it with pens and other bits and bats that I have too many off, and will set them somewhere safe for next year.
A couple of bags of frozen rice decluttered from the freezer. Had one for my dinner tonight and it was horrible:(, so lifted the rest from the freezer and put them in the recycling bin.
Have just lit a few more tea lights to burn to get rid of those, and lit my big Yankee Candle to hopefully burn it out too.

Over the weekend I managed to clear a large pile of papers. Recycled about 6inches worth and have a small pile to file.
I have cleared out 2 drawers from a 6 drawer chest and a 2 drawer bedside cabinet. Most of the contents were either binned, recycled or put aside for a friend to collect in a couple of weeks.
I have also earmarked a V shaped pillow, numerous coat hangers, more stationary, some cooking instruments, a roll of poly pipe for plumbing, more plastic dishes with lids and various other bits and pieces to go with said friend.
My stepson is going to have an almost new lawnmower and strummer, I have a gardener to cut my lawn as I suffer from severe fatigue due to a medical condition. He mentioned he didn't have any where to store it as the shed in his new home was being dismatalled as it is rotten so I offered a low level plastic shed thingy I have in the garden and do not particularly use so that was another win. Those items will leave when he comes over in the next few weeks or so. He lives about 2 hours drive away so it's not always easy to arrange these things?
Tonight I am breaking down a number of boxes to add to the recycling as it's bin day tomorrow so they will be gone by tomorrow evening.
Everything is going in the right direction :j:j
I also managed to declutter a few £'s from a bank as they have upheld my 2 PPI claims. This should clutter my account within the next 28 days :T:T
Hope everyone has a good week.
Forgot to say congratulations on the new puppy TamsinC. It may be a lot of work but well worth it. They always give unconditional love. That money talks I don't deny, I heard it once, it said "Goodbye"0 -
Whoah. I take a few days off and find that another two pages have been added.
I am with you on the fatigue CEW. Despite it; you are keeping going.
Thanks for your support Mrs SD. I hope you get to enjoy your new patio; A LOT, before the weather becomes too inclement.
This weekend a bag of rags and a bag of decent stuff has left the house, 66 bags this year in all now.
I have been searching the web for places to dispose of unused sterile dressings to a hardly used prosthetic bra. I can see a lot of visits to the post office in the next few weeks.:)Wife, mother, gardener, nurse, Big C survivor. Monday has been yet another nice day - started sunny, blues skies & fairly warm but clouded over & threatened rain which never appeared but a really nice breeze :T A perfect washing & drying day. Stripped our bed completely & emptied the laundry bag - 3 loads of washing which were all line dried, folded & put away & bed remade :j after DH & I turned the mattress. Freshly laundered bed linen is one of the great joys of life :rotfl: Whilst DH went out to do a Br*xit shop & pick up some top soil, I ventured out on the new patio& watered all my plants + picked 3 more tomatoes
Also swept the new front path. Put away shopping whilst DH filled in the slight trench alongside the path with grass seeded top soil & DSis watered in. DH has almost finished the stand for the corn grinder :T what a clever clogs he is :rotfl:
I sorted & listed the contents of the garage freezer now I need to sort the kitchen freezer. Need to empty ASAP as it is starting to resemble the Antarctic :rotfl: Dinner was the 2nd half of the hm cottage pie with green beans - just as tasty as last night
3060 - 3068 Glass bottle & metal lid, 4 drinks cans, glass jar & metal lid, 5l metal beer tin, 2 lots of cardboard packaging - Recycled
3069 - 3072 Two lots of plastic packaging, bag of kitchen detritus, plastic sack - Binned

IrishRose12 - can you take a pair of scissors to the sleeves or just wear last year’s topSeems very short sighted of your employers  or maybe declutter the job for a new one

Sort of happy today. Local site was asking for teapots for care home Teapot Tuesday so I gave them a teapot/sugar/milk set YAY but the said I had a bone chine tea set that I wanted to sell, they said they were interested, came and looked, loved (it is so pretty) and bought it. This was Mum's which I so wanted to go to a good place. Aslo let them have a boiled egg round serving plate and a big glass cake plate on a stand. Sad to see Mum's tea set gone but also pleased it has gone where I think it will be appreciated. Got an invite to the first Teaport Tuesday too.0

Bittersweet happiness whmf00001. A lovely thing to do & hopefully when you attend the first Teapot Tuesday you will see your Mum’s tea set in action & the joy it brings to the residents.
Hope you have a lovely time.
